You are only eligible for a refund or a return if you contact me within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you can no longer apply for a (full) refund or return. Items that were on sale at the time of your purchase are not eligible for a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was in on the day that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any additional items you received for free must also be included in your return.
To complete your return, I require a copy of the confirmation email sent from my shop’s site. If you have created an account on my site, this will expedite the return process due to me being able to confirm your purchase in my shop’s database.
Only send your purchase back after I confirmed everything is in order and I have contacted you with specific instructions on how to send the item back to me.
I reserve the right to deny a refund or only issue a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. In this email I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please take into account that, depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take some time before your refund shows up on your account.
If you have not received your refund within 7 work days after receiving a notification email from me, please make sure to contact your bank/credit card company first.
If you have not received your refund within 14 work days after receiving a notification email from me, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, with ‘Refund Issue’ in the subject line.
If the purchased item you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact me immediately at email@example.com, so we can work on a solution.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item. These are non-refundable and won’t be included in your approved refund.
It is advised to pay for Track&Trace when you return an item, otherwise there is no guarantee that I will receive your item.
